
Jason Zubatkin
Jason Zubatkin is a proven leader in the owner representation, design, construction, and real estate fields. His fifteen-year career has been dedicated to collaborating with not-for-profit institutions to advance their real estate and capital project goals.
His diverse portfolio includes collaborations with K-12 private schools and cultural institutions across the East Coast of the United States, including Palm Beach Day Academy, the Preservation Foundation of Palm Beach, Archdiocese of New York, Clark Art Institute, and Planet Word. The scope of individual assignments spans all phases of development – from initial facility conditions analyses and campus master planning to design, approvals, construction, commissioning, and turnover.
Focused on maintaining a clear understanding of the Owner’s goals and objectives, he aims to challenge the consultant team to develop better solutions, delivering the best work product on behalf of his clients and maximizing the value of every dollar spent. His specialty areas of expertise include contract strategy and negotiations, dispute resolution, construction phasing and logistics, and understanding facility operational requirements.
Jason earned his Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from Manhattanville College. He also holds a certificate in Construction Management from New York University.
