Dr. Robert Schwartz
Rob was a partner at the Silicon Schools Fund – a CA-based philanthropy dedicated to providing seed funding to transform schools and learning outcomes.
From classroom teacher to principal to executive director, he has served in numerous organizations including Los Angeles Unified School District, ICEF Public Schools, Level Playing Field Institute, and New Teacher Center, focusing on the intersection of innovation and best practices in learning that create equitable outcomes for students and educators.
Rob led innovation and human capital investing within the Silicon Schools Fund team to produce outsized results.
He currently serves on the Diversity in Leadership Institute board and spent three years chairing his daughter’s high school’s DEIB Parent Committee. Rob has an undergraduate degree from Binghamton University and an M.Ed. and Ed.D. from the University of Southern California.
