What we’re building

Designed for depth of learning and individual achievement, Wingrove Academy combines an original PreK–12 curriculum with a school calendar structured for sustained inquiry, exploration, and application. Purpose-built, sustainable facilities support every stage of learning, from play-based discovery to advanced study, performing arts, global exchange, and championship-level athletics. Students develop the knowledge, independence, and judgment to lead, innovate, and shape the institutions and communities of the future.

“Wingrove Academy's top-tier educational offerings, purpose-built for the way kids learn today, are essential to developing Palm Beach County's full potential as a magnet for growing businesses and thriving culture.”
Stephen Ross, Developer and Miami Dolphins owner

Wingrove: Where Excellence Finds Purpose

Wingrove: Where Excellence Finds Purpose

On 43.8 acres in Wellington, Florida, Wingrove Academy is taking shape as a new not-for-profit PK–12 school. Its academic model makes room for depth, discovery, arts, athletics, and applied learning, with the aim of preparing students for the lives they will lead as well as the next steps they will take.

ElevateED is working with Wingrove’s founding board to develop the school from concept through opening. That responsibility spans the educational model, campus, faculty, enrollment, philanthropy, and finance. Each is being designed in relation to the others, so the school students enter reflects the vision that inspired it.

Renewing the promise of advanced learning

Higher education is entrusted with developing talent, advancing discovery, and preparing people for meaningful work and lives of contribution. Its leaders steward that promise amid changing expectations for learning, research, career outcomes, and public value. Meeting those expectations takes vision and the ability to align people, culture, and resources behind it.

ElevateED’s team has worked across the University of Michigan, the University of Utah, the University of Delaware, and Oakland University in advancement, athletics, talent, and organizational leadership. Their experience includes major philanthropic campaigns, the systems behind a nine-figure campaign, and the development of collegiate athletics programs. It gives ElevateED a grounded understanding of how universities can strengthen their organizations while advancing the education, discovery, and service at the heart of their mission.

Building capacity for a lasting mission

Educational impact also depends on organizations working beyond a single campus. Members of ElevateED’s team helped scale Teach For America and have worked across fundraising, leadership, talent, and operations in mission-driven settings.

That experience matters when an organization is expanding its reach, strengthening its leadership, or seeking the resources to sustain its purpose. Our work begins with the mission and considers the people, relationships, and organizational capacity needed to carry it forward.
