At Avenues: The World School, Min Kim served as Chief People Officer and Global Director of Strategy, guiding the institution from one campus and 300 employees to five campuses and more than 1,000 employees. She was previously Senior Vice President of Operations at Teach for America, HR Transformation Lead at the New York City Department of Education, and a Senior Engagement Manager at LEK Consulting.
