Amanda Hoskins has spent more than sixteen years in advancement operations. As Director of Advancement Services and Data Architecture at University of Utah Health, where donor stewardship and patient privacy share the same database, she led CRM transformation for a nine-figure campaign before serving as Assistant Vice President of Advancement Services at Oregon Health & Science University Foundation.

I have spent much of my career working on the systems people rely on every day. When those systems work well, people have better information, fewer obstacles, and more time for the relationships that matter.
