Costine Han is an experienced consultant and insights leader with a proven track record of informing C-suite and board-level decision-making across various sectors including K-12 education. With expertise spanning strategic development, M&A, and customer-centric growth, Costine has led strategic consumer research functions at Education in Motion (EiM) under the leadership of Karen Yung and Marianne Rehn.
Over the years, Costine has directed market entry and expansion studies across major global cities, supported private equity fundraising through investor memorandums, and delivered high-impact insights that shaped multiple successful acquisitions of mission-aligned schools for EiM. At the core of Costine’s approach is a deep commitment to data-driven decision-making—designing and executing research strategies across 13 international schools to drive experience strategies, enrollment, retention, and brand differentiation.
Prior to this, Costine held strategy consulting roles where he advised Fortune 500 clients on go-to-market strategies, and managed key accounts across Asia-Pacific for medical device businesses. As a business coach and mentor, Costine also contributes to the Singapore Nanyang Polytechnic mentorship programme, helping the next generation of aspiring business professionals navigate their career journeys.
